Hailing from Thailand, the Nam Dok Mai mango is a medium-sized tree capable of reaching heights beyond six meters. Its fruit, featuring an elongated shape that tapers to a point, takes on a rich golden yellow hue when it reaches ripeness. 

Revered as the top-tier dessert-quality mango, it boasts a slender, smooth, and taut skin predominantly showcasing golden yellow tones, occasionally tinged with pink highlights. Some fully ripe Nam Dok Mai mangoes may even exhibit hints of green on their surface.

This mango variation is characterized by polyembryonic seeds and is celebrated for its delicious taste, low fiber content, intense aroma, and elevated sweetness. Beyond being a delightful fresh treat, Nam Dok Mai mangoes enhance the flavor of fruit salads, desserts, and juices.
