Mangoes have long been valued as a health promoting fruit. The benefits are really worth discovering.

It is common knowledge that their health benefits are due to their high concentration of carotenoids, antioxidants nutrients and various phytochemicals.

One large mango will provide the total vitamin A required for one day per average adult. Vitamin A can be stored by the body, in the liver, however the body will utilize vitamin A, especially during times of infection and viruses.
